            Eating disorders are more common than we realise and yet there is little talk about eating disorders as well as a lack of resources for treatment. With a Master of Arts in Psychology and years experience in eating disorders, Diet on the Mind was developed to close this gap – two specialist services are offered.

            Battling a Loved One’s Eating Disorder

            Diet on the Mind is an accessible and affordable specialist service available to family members and/or friends who want to understand and know more about the eating disorder that their loved one is living with. The service provides insight, knowledge and a deeper understanding of what an eating disorder is about and how to live under the same roof as an eating disorder. We offer tools that will help with day to day living with an eating disorder e.g. meal support, exercise and communicating. We want you to have the healthiest relationship possible with your loved one which will aid his or her recovery.

            Individual Consultation 

            Diet on the Mind also offers tools for individuals who are struggling with eating issues themselves in day-to-day life. We want you to overcome your fears and anxieties around food and manage a healthy mind, and maintain happiness with your weight.
